Our principals are currently registered as Professional Engineers in the State of Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Texas & Virginia. Patricio Romero, President, is also registered as a Structural Engineer in the state of Florida and Illinois.

Patricio has over 18 years of experience in structural engineering. He has been involved in various types of Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Institutional, Multi-family, Mixed-Used, Public Safety, Emergency Management, Government, Correctional, Cold Formed Steel Specialty Engineering and themed construction projects throughout his professional career from full design, additions, renovations, structural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings.
Patricio is also a Cold Formed Steel Specialty Engineer since the start of his professional career, providing clients with Cold Formed Steel structural engineering (Shop Drawings) and Design Assist services to help contractors, owners, and other design professionals improve their current design, structural performance and cost.
Chelsea Romero, P.E.
Vice President
Chelsea has over 18 years of experience in the design and analysis of transportation related structures. Experience includes traditional design-bid-build and major design-build transportation projects throughout the state of Florida for various clients including FDOT, Central Florida Expressway Authority, various counties, and private developers.
Bridge design experience includes the design of complex steel (steel plate girders, bifurcating girders, curved steel and highly skewed steel bridges), prestressed concrete, and reinforced concrete bridges as well as load rating analysis of existing bridges. Experience also includes the design and analysis of other types of transportation structures including mechanically stabilized earth walls, cast-in-place retaining walls, anchored/non-anchored steel sheet pile walls, under-cut walls, crash walls, railroad platforms, box culverts, sign structures, and mast arms.
